Motorists are advised that Gower Street (from Cathedral Street to Church Hill) will be closed to facilitate the area churches block party.

Street Rehab - September 23 to 28

Contractors may be working on the following streets from September 23 to 28 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily from September 19 to 27
A detour will be in place on Cornwall Avenue from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m., between Glenview Terrace and O’Reilly Street, due to construction. Cornwall Avenue will remain open to through traffic during peak traffic hours (7:00-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m.) and after hours.

Update - Traffic Advisory - University Avenue (between Paton Street and Prince Philip Drive)

University Avenue between Paton Street and Prince Philip Drive has been reopened to traffic. However, traffic is reduced to one lane, temporary diverted around the construction area and restricted to passenger vehicles only, including buses. Dump trucks and other large construction vehicles/equipment are not permitted to use the traffic diversion.
